Weber 1482001 Performer Platinum Charcoal Grill, Copper

This is a beautiful grill with all the perks and whistles. It was missing the holder for the timer once I put it together but I called Weber and their customer service was amazing. They said they would get it to me no problem and without me even complaining or saying I wanted to cook on it they looked and saw I wouldn't get it before the weekend so they upped it to overnight shipping to make sure it came in, just in case I was going to grill over the weekend. Weber is a big name brand and I am glad they haven't let that go to there heads and still care about there customers to give good service.
