Cuisinart CGG-180T Petit Gourmet Portable Tabletop Gas Grill

I was tasked to BBQ for my daughter's graduation party of over thirty people and it was to be at her grandmother's. Since I couldn't bring my main BBQ, I brought my portable Weber Q100 and this brand new Cuisinart as back up. The BBQ gods decided to challenge me that day...as my trusty Weber Q100 wussed out before I even started. I'm thinking...how do I cook 6 tri-tips and 2 big bags of marinated chicken with this little red top Cuisinart :-( Well darn if it didn't come through like a real trooper! Of course, it took a little longer to cook it all (I used an extra cooler to hold the cooked meat so that it can finish cooking and keep it warm as well). This baby BBQ performed exceptionally well and I would recommend it highly!
