Char-Broil Classic 480 40000 BTU 4-Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner

The grill takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to assemble, but the instructions are clear and all parts are easily identifiable. As advertised, the only tool needed is a medium phillips screw driver. Screws are in a labelled package so it is easy to get the right one as called for in instructions. We had no problem lighting the burners, and adjusting the gas was not necessary. The four burners heated rapidly and cooked evenly and well. The coated cast iron grill top needed no seasoning and food did not stick with first time use.
