Weber Genesis 6531001 E-330 637-Square-Inch 38,000-BTU Liquid-Propane Gas Grill, Black

First let me say that I am biased towards Weber. I have owned 2 Weber kettles and a Spirit 500. I've cooked on others- Charbroil, Big Green Egg and bargin basement gas grills and for me, Weber is the best. The E330 is simply awesome. It was a breeze to put together (hint- organize all the fasters before you get start). Once I fired the grill up, I was surprised how quickly the grill comes up to temperature. It also holds temperature as steady as a rock. I haven't had it long but I've grilled in cold, snow, rain and wind and the grill performs beautifully in all conditions. The one slight negative I have are the cast iron grates. They did take some getting used to but as long as you let the grill warm up for 10 minutes before use (I'm going to see if I can cut that back to 5) and clean the grates after every use, they are not a problem.
