This is a good grill for the money. All the reviews that dog this grill for being cheaply made have bought the wrong product for thier purposes. The instructions are fine if you can read, pay attention and don't get too far ahead of yourself. It does take some time to assemble but if you spread the parts out and don't lose any hardware it goes together in about an hour and half from box to flame on. The burner is very strong on high. I cooked burgers last night just above the lowest setting and the grill did a fine job. The only thing I would advise is letting the grill heat up for 30 min or so before cooking food so any undesireable materials have a chance to burn off. i.e. there was a glue like substance on the inside of the lid that I had difficulty chipping away so I let it burn off which took approx 20 min.
